To restore a report from a backup on a client, open Reporter, click Help, click Restore Report Backup and enter the system password.


You will then be presented with a screen that looks like this...



There may be many copies of the same report.  Typically you'll want the most recent one based on the Date Modified column, so the list is sorted by that column by default.  You can change the sort order by clicking the column headers.  


To restore a report, select it from the list and click the Restore button.  We recommend exiting and reopening Reporter after restoring a report.   


If you are unsure which report you want, you can select one or more reports and click the Send to Support button to send the reports to us so we can help you figure out which one you want.  


There is a 30 day time limit on the ability to recover reports in this manner!
