1) close all applications and uninstall CODE-STAT 9;

2) delete the respective Windows Physio-Control registry key:

32-bit: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PhysioControl

64-bit: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\PhysioControl

3) delete the ProgramData\Physio-Control folder;

4) run the installer batch file again;

5) upgrade the Physio-Control database (see the 'Physio-Control LIFENET SDK 9 Database Upgrade Guide' document)
