02/07/2018 - Nassau County and Indian River reported that their CAD import process was no longer working. At both agencies, looking at the services control panel indicated that the executable could not be found. Checking for it in the program files folder, this was confirmed.


Both agencies are using Symantic Endpoint Protection, version 14 build 2415 (see attached). It appears that a recent update had caused the next scan to remove the Documed.EmergencyPro.Server.exe file. At both agencies, the file was found in the deleted list. 


To restore, the settings should first be set to exclude the Documed Systems program files path from scanning (see attached). Then, restore the executable. The service might have to be installed with InstallUtil.exe. This was the case at Nassau but not at Indian River.
