Florida had rules requiring a Trauma Alert or a Trauma Alert Exclusion, but have since backed off of this requirement. To disable the check for these fields open Customization and go to Reporter Settings, then Sign, Close & Print, then check Ignore Trauma Alert Requirements and Ignore Trauma ICD-10 Requirements.
